FED Shipment Policy In Canada

Curbside Delivery:
- We offer fast, direct curbside delivery to ground level at the front or rear entrance of any business or residential address across Canada. This service applies to new products only.
Free Shipping Offer:
- We offer free curbside shipping on qualifying orders to the ground level at the front or rear entrance of business addresses within the city limits of Vancouver, BC; Calgary, AB; Red Deer, AB; Edmonton, AB; Saskatoon, SK; Regina, SK; Winnipeg, MB; Toronto, ON; and Montreal, QC. This applies to new products on qualifying orders.
For locations outside these areas, additional shipping charges may apply. Please contact us at info@fedcanada.ca for a quote or more information.
Optional White Glove Delivery:
- For added convenience, we offer optional white glove delivery for new commercial food equipment, including placement inside your business. This service can also include removal and disposal of existing equipment. Contact us for a quote.

Additional Fees:
Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to additional charges, including brokerage fees, taxes, duties, and other applicable costs billed by the carrier. Please contact us for an accurate shipping quote to your location.

Liftgate Service:
Liftgate service is available for skid shipments, lowering the product to the ground. Inside delivery is extra and varies based on location, entry/exit type, and door width(s).
Damage or Missing Packages:
If receiving a skid shipment, note any damage or missing packages on the delivery slip before signing. Contact us within one business day to report discrepancies and initiate a claim.

Error Reporting:
Report any shipping errors within 48 hours for prompt correction.

Standard Delivery Times:
Standard delivery times are between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Specify non-standard delivery times on the Checkout Page notes (additional fees may apply).
Missed Delivery:
If a delivery is missed and rescheduling is needed, additional fees will be charged.
Order Processing Times:
Standard stock orders typically ship within 1 to 3 business days. Non-standard stock and customized/special order items may have longer processing times.
Delivery Time Approximations:
Delivery times range from 1 to 9 business days depending on proximity to Calgary, AB. All times are approximations.

Various Shipping Options:
We utilize various couriers and common freight carriers. Shipping charges consider weight, dimensions, package/skid count, and transport distance.
Free Shipping:
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders, as indicated on our site. The FED reserves the right to modify or cancel any free shipping offers at any time.
Residential Address Fees:
Additional fees may apply to shipments for residential addresses.

Complete Shipment Goal:
Every effort is made to ship orders complete. In some cases, split shipments may occur, with full shipping charges applied to the first shipment.
Customer Options:
Customers wishing to expedite part of their order and send the rest via standard Ground Service should place separate orders.
