Each well has an independent thermostatic control, allowing you to heat two different products at once, as well as a rethermalizing timer that stops warming when the timer ends. Once the timer is done, simply set your desired holding temperature to maintain heat. Knob guards prevent accidental adjustments, and the durable stainless steel exterior gives this unit a clean look.
