Shipments In Canada

1. Curbside Delivery:
   We offer speedy curbside shipping at ground level outside the front or back door at any business building or residential address in Canada. This is for new products only.
2. Free Shipping Offer:
   We offer Free Shipping via curbside delivery outside the front or back door at ground level to business and residential addresses within the city limits of: Vancouver, BC; Calgary, AB; Red Deer, AB; Edmonton, AB; Saskatoon, SK; Regina, SK; Winnipeg, MB; Toronto, ON; and Montreal, QC. This is for new products only. For all other locations, additional shipping costs may apply.
3. Optional White Glove Delivery:
   For added convenience, we provide optional white glove delivery for our new commercial equipment shipments. This service can also provide removal and disposal of old equipment. Contact us for a quote.

Shipments Outside of Canada

1. Additional Fees:
   Orders shipped outside of Canada may incur additional fees, including brokerage, taxes, duties, and other applicable charges billed by the shipping company. Contact us for an accurate quote to your location.

Skid Shipments

1. Liftgate Service:
   Liftgate service is available for skid shipments, lowering the product to the ground. Inside delivery is extra and varies based on location, entry/exit type, and door width/height.
2. Damage or Missing Packages:
   If receiving a skid shipment, note any damage or missing packages on the delivery slip before signing. Contact us within one business day to report the issue and initiate a claim.

Shipping Errors

1. Error Reporting:
   Report shipping errors within 48 hours for prompt correction.

Delivery Times

1. Standard Delivery Times:
   Standard delivery times are between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Specific delivery times on the checkout page may only apply for non-standard service.
2. Order Processing Times:
   Standard stock orders typically ship within 1 to 3 business days. Non-standard stock and customized/special order items may take longer.
3. Delivery Time Approximations:
   Delivery times range from 1 to 9 business days depending on proximity to Calgary, AB. All times are approximations.

Shipping Calculations

   We utilize various couriers and common freight carriers. Shipping charges consider weight, dimensions, shipment count, and transport distance.
2. Free Shipping:
   Some items may ship free of charge, as indicated on our site. The FED has the right to cancel any Free Shipping advertised.
3. Residential Address Fees:
   Additional fees may apply to shipments for residential addresses.
