The RCTCB series uses lava rock for even heat distribution, helping create the high cooking temperatures and authentic char-grilled flavor desired for steaks, burgers, chicken, seafood, vegetables, and other grilled menu items. Each model features efficient 35,000 BTU stainless steel burners, with independent manual controls that allow operators to manage individual cooking zones and conserve energy.

Built for demanding commercial environments, the EFI Lava Rock Charbroiler features a durable stainless steel structure, heavy-duty adjustable multi-level cast-iron cooking grates, sectioned grates for easier removal and cleaning, standing pilots for quick ignition, manually controlled burner valves, and a full-width removable crumb pan. Adjustable stainless steel legs are included for convenient installation and leveling.

The RCTCB-24 provides 70,000 BTU/hr. with two burners, the RCTCB-36 provides 105,000 BTU/hr. with three burners, and the RCTCB-48 provides 140,000 BTU/hr. with four burners. Models are available for natural gas or propane, with a 3/4″ NPT rear gas connection. The charbroilers are also ETL Listed, ETL Sanitation Listed, and NSF Certified.
