The HABCO SF28HCBXM is a 30.5" single-door glass-door freezer merchandiser designed to display frozen product such as ice cream and packaged frozen foods where product visibility matters. A durable textured black exterior, an NSF-approved white aluminum interior liner with a stainless steel floor, and triple-pane glass with an anti-fog film to prevent frost in a black extruded frame keep product on show.
The freezer runs on an advanced variable-speed compressor in a split forced-air system that uses R290 refrigerant, with the condensing unit mounted at the bottom and accessible from the front for service. It is factory preset to -10°F (-23.3°C). A finless Free & Clear™ condenser coil, a corrosion-resistant coated evaporator coil, EC motors and an energy-saving, time-initiated, temperature-terminated defrost with manual override help keep operating costs down.
A ProducTemp™ digital controller shows exterior product temperature and includes a visual and audible product-protection alarm. The self-closing swing door includes hold-open and spring-back protection. Inside, five white-coated, NSF-approved shelves (25.25" W x 22" D) with heavy-duty aluminum pilasters adjust in ½" increments, and a full LED array lights the display. The cabinet is NSF-7 compliant for storage and display of pre-packaged aseptic product. The unit ships with a factory-installed power cord for connection to a dedicated 115V/60Hz/1-phase, 15 amp circuit.
