The Arctic Air AMT36R is a 36" two-door mega-top sandwich/salad prep table refrigerator. The deeper mega top adds space for extra rows of pans above 8 cubic feet of refrigerated storage. It holds 33°F to 41°F.
It holds 15 1/6-size clear Lexan pans (included; holds pans up to 6" deep), and a full-length, heavy-duty 5/8" thick cutting board (9" deep) is included. Vaulted self-closing doors stay open at 90 degrees, with solid door construction, stainless steel handles and magnetic gaskets that are removable and replaceable without tools.
The exterior is full stainless steel front and sides, and the interior is a bright white ABS liner with a full stainless steel coved-corner floor and two shelves. Large fan motors and blades give faster temperature recovery, an efficient hot gas condensate loop evaporates excess condensate water, and an electronic thermostat with an external digital LED display gives accurate control. The self-contained capillary tube system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and the unit is tested to NSF Standard 7. Plate casters (two locking) are standard. Backed by a 3-year parts and labour warranty and a 6-year compressor warranty.
