The Arctic Air AUC36R is a 36" two-door undercounter worktop refrigerator with 7.5 cubic feet of storage and a heavy-duty stainless steel worktop that doubles as a prep surface. Its full stainless steel front and sides and solid self-closing doors (vaulted, staying open at 90 degrees) with stainless steel handles stand up to busy restaurant lines, and the magnetic door gaskets remove and replace without tools. It holds 33°F to 41°F.
The interior is a white epoxy-coated steel liner with a full stainless steel coved-corner floor, and two adjustable heavy-duty epoxy-coated wire shelves are included. Larger fan motors and blades improve air flow for faster temperature recovery, and an efficient hot gas condensate loop evaporates excess condensate water to save energy.
An electronic thermostat with an external digital LED display gives accurate control and easy reading. The self-contained capillary tube system uses environmentally friendly R600a hydrocarbon refrigerant, and the unit is tested to NSF Standard 7 for open food storage. Plate casters (two locking) are standard. Backed by a 3-year parts and labour warranty and a 6-year compressor warranty.
