The American Range AECB-44-NG-V Commercial Charbroiler is a heavy-duty 48″ gas charbroiler designed for professional restaurants, steakhouses, burger restaurants, hotels, catering operations, and commercial kitchens. Part of American Range’s Char-Rock Broiler series, this professional grill uses natural volcanic lava rock to deliver authentic char-grilled flavor, searing heat, and attractive grill marks.

The AECB-44 features four individually controlled 35,000 BTU/hr. cast-iron H-shaped burners, providing a total gas output of 140,000 BTU/hr. The powerful burners heat the volcanic lava rock, creating intense and even cooking temperatures. As food juices drip onto the hot rocks, they create searing flames and smoke that enhance the flavor of steaks, burgers, chicken, seafood, vegetables, and other grilled foods.

Heavy-duty reversible cast-iron 5″ × 21″ cooking grates provide excellent durability and attractive sear marks. The grates can be positioned flat or sloped, giving operators flexibility for different cooking applications and grease management. The stainless steel exterior and 4″ adjustable legs are designed for demanding commercial kitchen environments.

The American Range AECB-44-NG-V has a 48″ width, 24″ depth, and 13¼″ height, providing a large cooking surface for high-volume grilling. The unit is available for natural gas or liquid propane (LP) applications, with the gas type specified when ordering. American Range also provides a limited two-year parts and labor warranty for the Char-Rock Broiler series.
