The Hydra-Kool HKI-DT-60-S is a 60 in self-contained dual-temperature island merchandiser for displaying frozen and refrigerated products. A push-button control switches the cabinet between freezer (-10°F to 42°F) and refrigerator (35°F to 46°F) operation, with dual temperature and dual control so operators can adjust to demand. Four sides of tempered glass give a full view of the product, and stainless steel 201 bumper guards protect all sides.
The cabinet is polyurethane foamed in one piece to reduce energy use, with an oversized high-performance evaporator, ventilated cooling, and a hot gas pipe that evaporates condensate automatically. It uses two EMBRACO NEU2178U 1 HP compressors and R290 refrigerant, is DOE compliant, and is a completely self-contained system.
The island rolls on four swivel casters supplied as standard. It operates on 220V/60Hz with a factory-installed NEMA 6-20P power cord and requires its own dedicated circuit; the manual specifies a minimum 6" clearance at the vented base panels.
