The Ikon IB27R is a one-door reach-in refrigerator with a bottom-mounted compressor, built for restaurant, cafeteria and institutional kitchens. It holds 33 to 40°F (0.5 to 4°C), measures 26.8 in wide x 32.7 in deep x 82.3 in high, and has 3 adjustable epoxy-coated wire shelves per door. It comes on 4 in casters (lockable in front) and runs on 115 V with a NEMA 5-15P plug and 10 ft cord.
The exterior is 430 stainless steel over a 304 stainless steel interior, with CFC-free refrigerant and foam insulation. Doors are self-closing and stay open at 90 degrees, and the magnetic gasket can be replaced without tools. Doors are lockable. The door swing is field reversible.
An electronic thermostat with a digital LED temperature display provides accurate control and easy reading. A condensate heating element built into the condensate pan evaporates excess water. The unit uses R-290 natural refrigerant and is designed to operate in ambient temperatures between 40°F and 90°F.
