The Ikon IUC36F is a two-door undercounter freezer for prep lines, bars and cafes where space under the counter is limited. It holds 0 to -10°F (-17 to -23°C) and measures 36.4 in wide x 29.9 in deep x 35.5 in high on lockable 2.5 in casters, with 2 adjustable epoxy-coated wire shelves. It runs on 115 V with a NEMA 5-15P plug and 10 ft cord.
The exterior is 430 stainless steel over a 304 stainless steel interior, built on a stainless steel framework with CFC-free refrigerant and foam insulation. Doors are self-closing and stay open at 90 degrees, and the magnetic gasket replaces without tools.
An electronic thermostat with a digital LED display handles temperature control. Defrost and condensate evaporation are automatic. Freezer door frames have a factory-installed heating element to eliminate condensation. The unit uses R-290 refrigerant and is designed to operate in ambient temperatures between 40°F and 90°F.
