The Ikon IMG-36 is a 36" countertop gas griddle with manual controls. 3 "U" shaped burners at 30,000 BTU each (90,000 BTU total) heat a 3/4" thick polished steel griddle plate, giving even heat across every 12" section, with a gas control knob for each section.
The cabinet is all stainless steel with double wall insulated sides and a cool-to-the-touch front edge, and the back and side splash guards are fully welded to the griddle plate. The pilot light lights from the front, a 3-1/4" grease drawer with a weep hole and baffle removes easily, and the flue is at the back of the unit. It stands on adjustable stainless steel legs with non-skid feet and is fully serviceable from the front.
The griddle connects to a 3/4" NPT gas supply, and a conversion kit is supplied for natural gas or LP; conversion should be done by an authorized Ikon service agent.
