The Jet-Tech Defender Series F-47 is a high-temperature hood-type dishwasher built from stainless steel for high-production environments and locations with low-pressure water networks. It washes 40 racks per hour using 0.66 gallons of water per rack, with a 6.9 gallon tank, and supplies two dishracks, one peg and one flatware type, in the standard 20" x 20" size.
It sanitizes with high-temperature rinse water from an integrated booster heater, with electric tank heat and automatic fill. Cycle times are 90, 120, 180 or 600 seconds, and the user interface has a digital temperature display.
The F-47 is hard wired for 208-240V/60Hz three phase, with a 3 kW tank heater and a 6 kW electric booster. It is CSA design certified and NSF listed, and is intended for commercial installation only.
