The Jet-Tech Defender Series B-21 is a high-temperature undercounter dishwasher built from stainless steel for high-production environments and locations with low-pressure water networks. It washes 24 racks per hour using 0.66 gallons of water per rack, with a 4.9 gallon tank, and supplies two dishracks, one peg and one flatware type, in the standard 20" x 20" size.
It sanitizes with high-temperature rinse water from an integrated booster heater, with electric tank heat, automatic fill and an automatic pumped drain. Cycle times are 120, 180, 240 or 600 seconds, and the top-mounted user interface has a digital temperature display. The unit includes the dFilter system.
The B-21 runs on 208-240V/60Hz single phase with a 6' NEMA 6-20P power cord. It is CSA design certified and NSF listed, and is intended for commercial installation only.
