The Jet-Tech EV22 is a high-temperature, door-type (hood-style) dishwasher built for busy restaurants, bars, cafeterias and institutional kitchens. It runs two wash cycles (2 to 3 minutes) with a 12 to 15 second final rinse, washes up to 30 racks per hour, and accepts 19.75" x 19.75" (500 mm x 500 mm) racks. It ships with one open combination rack and one peg dish rack.
The body, external housing, wash tank and all chassis components are brushed stainless steel (AISI 304, 16 gauge). Upper and lower wash and rinse jets sit on reinforced fiberglass revolving arms that remove for cleaning without tools. A two-way safety micro-switch on the door controls the wash pumps, the door opens to a 16.75" (425 mm) clearance with an ergonomic handle, and adjustable bullet-style feet level the machine.
Independently operated heating elements alternate between the booster and the wash tank, which lowers peak electrical draw and energy costs. The wash tank fills and regulates its water level automatically, and the wash pumps are protected by double scrap filters that remove easily for cleaning, along with Jet-Tech's dFilter system. The EV22 can be installed in-line or in a corner with a simple field modification, and the front control panel has digital temperature displays. Optional accessories are a pressure reducing valve (PRV) and a drain water tempering kit.
