The Kool-It KSM-40 is a double sliding glass door display refrigerator designed for the bottler industry with a 48" wide footprint. It holds 33.5 cubic feet net (37.8 cubic feet gross) on 8 adjustable wire shelves and runs on 110V/60Hz with R290 refrigerant.
The cabinet has a black baked-enamel steel exterior and a white baked-enamel steel interior with a painted steel interior base. Heavy-duty polyethylene-coated adjustable wire shelves hold product, and the double-pane locking glass sliding doors are self-closing with easy-grab handles. The doors are double glass with a front Low-E coating, and a lock and key are included.
Forced air moves through the entire cabinet, and the unit holds 33 to 40°F with automatic defrost. High-efficiency evaporators are paired with an oversized condensing unit, temperature is shown on a digital display with electronic thermostatic control, and LED strip lighting lights the product. The cabinet is foamed-in-place CFC-free polyurethane with one-piece magnetic door gaskets. The spec sheet lists the unit as ETL approved and conforming to NSF 7 standards.
