The Kool-It KSM-42 is a double sliding glass door merchandiser cooler for displaying and holding chilled beverages and food in delis, convenience stores and kitchens. It stores 34.1 cubic feet across 8 shelves and runs on 115V/60Hz single phase.
The cabinet has a black baked-enamel steel exterior and a white baked-enamel steel interior with a painted steel interior base. Heavy-duty polyethylene-coated adjustable wire shelves hold product, and the double-pane locking glass doors are self-closing with easy-grab handles. A plastic upper sign panel with a lamp sits above the doors, and the cabinet rolls on 2-1/2" casters.
Forced air moves through the entire cabinet, and the unit holds 33 to 40°F. High-efficiency evaporators are paired with an oversized condensing unit, temperature is shown on a digital display with electronic thermostatic control, and LED interior lighting lights the product. The cabinet is foamed-in-place CFC-free polyurethane with one-piece magnetic door gaskets and R290 refrigerant. The spec sheet lists the unit as ETL approved and conforming to NSF 7 standards.
