The Kool-It Infinity KIN60CB-HC is a 60" chef base refrigerator with two drawers, designed to sit under cooking equipment in commercial kitchens. The refrigeration system keeps food at safe temperatures between 33°F and 40°F (0.5°C to 5°C) and uses R290 refrigerant with foam insulation.
The exterior is 430 stainless steel with a matching aluminum-finished back, and the interior is 201 stainless steel. The top is 304 stainless steel with a marine edge that contains drips and spills for easy cleanup.
An electronic thermostat with a digital LED temperature display provides accurate control and defrost frequency settings. A removable installation board gives access to the condenser coil for cleaning and service, and 4" casters, lockable at the front, are standard.
