The Kool-It Infinity KDC68-HC is an ice cream dipping cabinet with 12 racks and 2 transparent hinged lids, built for ice cream parlours and dessert counters. It holds 12 3-gallon tubs in the display and 8 in storage, and the refrigeration system keeps ice cream between -10°F and 5°F (-23°C to -15°C).
The cabinet has a stainless steel top with a glass viewing window and a bright white painted steel interior and exterior. Lids are hinged with a full-length handle, each container rack has a plastic can holder, and the ice cream tub holders come with night covers. LED lighting lights the display.
An electronic control system makes it easy to adjust the temperature set point and defrost frequency, and a removable installation board gives access to the condenser coil for cleaning and service. The unit uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
