The Vulcan VBP5ES is an insulated electric holding and proofing cabinet that accepts five 18 by 26-inch sheet pans or ten 12 by 20-inch hotel pans. Its blower provides even heat distribution and recovery, and a knob-actuated electronic control with digital display holds up to 190°F. Built of 20 gauge stainless steel on four casters with field-reversible doors, it is ideal for caterers, banquets and restaurants.
