The Vulcan VPT7 is a pass-through humidified food warming cabinet that holds seven 18 by 26-inch sheet pans or fourteen 12 by 20 by 2-1/2-inch hotel pans. Humidified heat helps keep held food moist, and the pass-through design allows loading from the kitchen and unloading from the service side.
