The Ikon ITG-12E is a 12" countertop electric griddle. Each 12" section has its own independent temperature control, so a variety of products can cook at the same time. Snap-action thermostats control the 1" thick plate from 150°F (66°C) up to 450°F (232°C).
The griddle is rated 3 kW at 208V and 4 kW at 240V (3 kW at 208V and 4 kW at 240V per 12" section), 50/60 Hz, and is hard-wired to an appropriate electrical connection. The front and sides are stainless steel, and it has one grease drawer. It comes with 4" (102 mm) legs that adjust up to 1.375" (35 mm).
The unit needs 1" side and 1" rear clearance when installed next to a wall.
