The HCH24-RAD features two high-efficiency stainless steel burners, providing 70,000 BTU/hr. total cooking power, with thick stainless steel radiant plates designed for quick and even heat distribution. The radiant heating system provides consistent cooking temperatures while helping create attractive grill marks and flavorful charbroiled results.

Built for demanding commercial foodservice environments, the EFI HCH24-RAD features a durable stainless steel construction, heavy-duty cast-iron cooking grates, standing pilots for quick ignition, independent manual burner controls, adjustable multi-level grates, adjustable stainless steel legs, and a full-width removable crumb tray. The sectioned grates can be removed easily for cleaning and maintenance.

The 24″ model measures approximately 24″ W × 28.7″ D × 15.5″ H and weighs approximately 111 lbs. It includes a 3/4″ NPT rear gas connection and is ETL Listed, ETL Sanitation Listed, and NSF Certified, making it suitable for professional commercial kitchen installations.
