Built with a durable stainless steel exterior, the American Range Char-Rock Broiler uses natural volcanic lava rock to create the intense heat, searing flames, and smoke that produce authentic char-broiled flavor. As food juices drip onto the heated lava rocks, they create smoke and flame that enhance the taste and appearance of steaks, burgers, chicken, seafood, vegetables, and other grilled menu items.

Each burner features an individually controlled 35,000 BTU/hr. cast-iron H-shaped burner, allowing operators to control heat across different cooking zones. The heavy-duty reversible cast-iron 5″ × 21″ top grates are designed to provide attractive searing marks and can be positioned either flat or sloped, giving operators flexibility for different cooking applications and grease management.

The AECB Char-Rock Broiler includes 4″ adjustable legs for convenient installation and leveling.
